၁။ တစ်ခုခုသော ဘာသာရေး သို့မဟုတ် လူမျိုး၊ တိုင်းရင်းသား၊ Gender နှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး နှိမ့်ချခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံထုတ်ဖော် ရေးသားပြောဆိုခြင်း အပါအဝင် လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ကို ထိပါးစော်ကား သည်ဟု ယူဆရသော သရုပ်ဖော်မှုများကို တားမြစ်ပါသည်။
1. Cartoons with discriminatory or violent messages to specific religions, races, ethnic groups and genders may be barred from submission.
၂။ WART ၏။ ရည်ရွယ်ချက် နှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှု မရှိဟု ယူဆလျှင်၊ ဖော်ပြတင်ဆက်ခြင်းမပြုသည်လည်း ရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။
2. Cartoons may not be exhibited in case we judge them incompatible with our association purpose.
